The renowned Spanish chef Jose Andres visits the Spain Pavilion restaurants at Expo Milano 2015
The renowned Spanish chef Jose Andres have enjoyed last week the gastronomic spaces managed by SAGARDI Group in the Spain Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015. Accompanied by Iñaki Lz. de Viñaspre, president of SAGARDI Group, and chef Joan Bagur, of Oaxaca Restaurant in Barcelona, José Andrés and his family were able to experience first hand the successful Sagardi food served in the dining venues of the Expo.
Jose Andres was very satisfied with the result and success that arouse the Spanish proposals in Milan: from the classic paella, the legendary iberic ham and the “Txuletón” steak, so characteristic of Sagardi.
