The most successful dishes Spain Pavilion


During this summer the dining areas of Spain Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 has become the most successful, based on an average of some 1,500 diners every day. Under the slogan “The language of taste”, gastronomy is taking a leading role in Spain Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 with the Sagardi Group gastronomic proposal, the official restaurateur. Our company is managing with great success the four dining areas arranged in the Pavilion, showing to the visitors its concept of global cuisine with closely linked to land and the Spanish culture products. The Spain Pavilion has already surpassed the 2 million visitors.



The preferences of diners at the Tapas Bar, Ses Salines or El Altillo restaurant, are clear, the paella is the favorite visitors dish, a dish of our cuisine that has enchanted the public of the Expo. The other most success option is a very typical Sagardi dish, as is “Txuletón” de vaca vieja (beef steak). Another very successful “tapa” is the Bombas de la Barceloneta and, of course, the jamón ibérico (ham).



All quality products that have marked a point of difference with other culinary offerings of the Expo.
